Check-in time is after 15:00. Check-out time is before 12:00.
Any late check-out or early check-in will incur an additional charge subject to different room types.
The hotel has indoor mechanical parking space and outdoor plane parking space (Feng-Chia Wenhua Parking lot) for our guests.
Pets are not allowed in all area. (except service animals)
For the quality for all guests, please keep quiet after 22:00PM.
According to the government regulations, smoking is completely prohibited inside the building of the hotel. If the smoke is detected by the smoke detector, at least NT$10,000 shall be fined. In addition, NT$2,000 as a cleaning expense and other extra room damage costs shall be also fined.
We do not offer extra bed for each room. Extra charge for extra guest (each person and per night):
- Under 110 cm - Free / 110 cm-140 cm: NT$440 / Over 140 cm: NT$660.
Free baby cot, baby bathtub, bedrail and bottle sterilization pot on demand. Please be reminded, there are limited numbers in stock. Please request upon making a reservation.
- Unable to arrange baby cot in our Standard Double Room.
In order to maintain the safety and quality of the hotel, the following acts and behaviors are strictly prohibited: cooking, excessive drinking, gambling, making noise and other improper behaviors.
In the case of any natural disasters, such as an earthquake or a land warning of typhoon from Central Weather Bureau, please contact the hotel within three days.

Cancellation Policies
Hotel reserves rights to pre-authorise or charge the deposits from credit card after guests make the reservation.
Based on Tourism Bureau policy, 30% of total amount is considered as deposit. After confirmation is made, we will accept the cancellation under the following terms:

Up to 7 days before arrival: no cancellation fees.
Up to 4~6 days before arrival: 40% of total deposit.
Up to 2~3 days before arrival: 30% of total deposit.
Up to 1 day before arrival: 20% of total deposit.
Less than 1 day before arrival, no show and/or cut short stay: 100% of total deposit.

※ The prices and contents will be adjusted for room booking within a limited period of time in limited quantities based on different sales projects. The proportion of the actual deposit deduction will be based on the announced project contents.
